The latest product innovation for the food/pharmaceutical industry is the NORFLEX^® PO 442 FOOD. The polyolefin hose is food safe and convinces with its fabric-reinforced wall, which is smooth inside and outside. In addition, its wall is food safe according to EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EG 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174. Highly flexible, highly abrasion-resistant, can be driven over and walked over and with a very good cold flexibility it can withstand a temperature range of -40°F to 140°F.

PROTAPE^® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is the optimum hose for use on screening machines and compensators: The highly flexible hose material in combination with a good strength in relation to tensile and compressive loads is also convincing due to its high abrasion resistance to abrasive media. The hose is resistant to vibration and the manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006. The wall is food-safe according to EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, but also permanently antistatic according to according to ISO 8031 electrical and surface resistance <10⁹ Ω (according to NFPA 652 10⁸-10⁹ Ω) and certified according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC).

The CP PUR 455 FOOD is a super-light, abrasion-resistant and highly flexible (5:1) clamp profile hose with abrasion protection via external clamp profile. It convinces with its secure clamping of the wall within the clamp profile. The hose is also food-safe in accordance with EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. In addition, the CP PUR 455 FOOD can be used in a temperature range from -40°F to 194°F, short time up to 257°F.
