The NORRES team will be reinforced in August
Just in time for the start of the new training year 2020, the NORRES Group welcomes a new trainee at its headquarter in Gelsenkirchen.
NORRES Schlauchtechnik is training a new industrial sales representative from August 2020. The first working day includes the welcome and a subsequent tour through the entire company. At NORRES the training of young people is a high priority, because well-trained and qualified staff is the key tot he comapny’s success. To this end, the three years of apprenticeship are made interesting and varied. The aim is to provide each trainee with the best possible training in his or her field and to prepare them for working life. Within the three years, the trainees support the NORRES staff and receive intensive, in-company training in the purchasing, financial accounting, domestic sales and export departments. In addition, taster weeks are held in production, logistics and the workshop to give our new trainees a first impression of our products. In this way, each trainee acquires extensive know-how, practical knowledge and skills that are necessary to work successfully. Many trainees have been taken on by the company in recent years after their training. Most of them still contribute to the success of the company today.
The training of young talents is an important strategic and personnel policy component for the NORRES Group in order to bind skilled workers to the company in the long term. With our excellently trained apprenticeship supervisors, a targeted training plan and individual training during the apprenticeship, we prepare our young talents for a career at NORRES in the best possible way. We are currently considering expanding our training program in the future. I can therefore only recommend interested young people to look for suitable training positions on our homepage from the end of this year", adds Nikolai Kummer, Head of Human Resources of the NORRES Group.
