Lead time, availability, shipping costs – important logistics issues

Following new services will be available from 1st July:

• Extended times for order acceptance, support and despatch:
  Mon-Thu 07.30 – 17.00 / Fri 07.30 – 15.00
• Products which will fit into a parcel can be identified in the stock checker immediately – approx. 4.400 articles

To ship products (available from stock and suitable for shipping via parcel) the same day, please mail your order to orders@norres.de.

In addition to the extended services, we offer you a wide range of hoses and accessories from stock. Please also benefit from our fast and cost-efficient “drop shipment service” for deliveries directly to your customer.
