The intensive preparations for the exams have paid off! In August, the three trainees passed their final exams with flying colours. The whole NORRES team congratulates them on their success!

The three years of training were designed to be interesting and versatile - with the aim of optimally training each trainee in his or her area and preparing them for their professional life. For the NORRES Group, the responsibility to provide young people with professional training and thus give them a professionally sound career perspective is a top priority. Throughout the entire training programme, the focus is on developing each trainee into a qualified and independent specialist who can contribute and pass on his or her newly acquired specialist knowledge at any time.

"All three trainees have decided to continue working with NORRES, which makes me personally very happy. In recent years, we have increasingly focused on commercial and IT-related apprenticeships. It is planned to extend this spectrum to commercial-technical apprenticeships starting next year.
