NORRES | Baggerman Group (“NBG”) welcomes Thomas Gela as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 26th September 2024. Together with the management team, NORRES | Baggerman is set to grow internationally, while maintaining its leading position in Europe.

The NBG team has done an outstanding job in preparing the company for the next phase. Earlier this year, a change in leadership was announced as we enter the next chapter of NBG’s development. Since completing his academic studies in engineering, Gela has worked in various divisions within the Semperit Group for more than 20 years, most recently as the Managing Director of SemperSeal, the sealing technology division of the Group. Gela brings decades of experience in the industrial component sector, with deep expertise in organizational development, production, sales strategy and international growth. Albert Cordewener will continue to serve as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the group, alongside Thomas Gela.
