La NORRES Schlauchtechnik ha una lunga storia di comportamento responsabile nei confronti della società in cui viviamo. Partecipiamo spesso ad attività che vanno a beneficio di organizzazioni caritatevoli. Siamo estremamente interessati a sostenere progetti che aiutano le persone socialmente svantaggiate, specialmente quando coinvolgono i bambini. Diamo anche un contributo attivo alla protezione dell'ambiente.
La NORRES Schlauchtechnik fa regolarmente delle donazioni all'"Arca di Noè", un ente di beneficenza che si descrive come "un ospizio per bambini nella regione e per la regione". Il concetto dell'Arca, che è l'unico del suo genere in tutta la Germania, definisce due funzioni principali: offrire un rifugio per i bambini malati incurabili e agire come un centro di assistenza a breve termine per i giovani con gravi disabilità. Lo scopo è quello di assistere le famiglie interessate fornendo assistenza professionale e sollievo ai bambini e agli adolescenti nel centro dell'Arca di Noè. NORRES fa tradizionalmente una donazione a questa causa meritevole a Natale.
In NORRES, tutte le persone sono uguali. Tutto il nostro personale beneficia delle stesse opportunità. La loro origine etnica, religione, estrazione sociale, età, sesso o disabilità sono considerati irrilevanti. NORRES mantiene stretti legami con un centro per disabili. Il personale disabile svolge il suo lavoro direttamente sul sito NORRES ed è quindi pienamente integrato nella vita dell'azienda.
L'uso sostenibile delle risorse naturali è fermamente radicato nei processi lavorativi quotidiani della NORRES Schlauchtechnik. Il trasferimento nel nostro nuovo stabilimento "Am Stadthafen" ha coinciso con ampi investimenti nella produzione ecologica e nelle tecnologie HVAC. Isolamento efficiente, doppi vetri, climatizzazione centralizzata con refrigeratori d'acqua e produzione con recupero di calore significano una protezione ottimale dell'ambiente. Da quando ha preso possesso del nuovo stabilimento, completamente rinnovato, nel porto di Gelsenkirchen nel 2009, NORRES è riuscita a ridurre drasticamente il consumo di acqua, elettricità e combustibile per il riscaldamento, nonostante la superficie sia quasi quadruplicata.

NORRES hoses for the woodworking industry
Hoses used in the wood industry are exposed to extreme conditions. Continuous operation of the machines is extremely important in professional wood processing. Machines and the follow-up units have to function as perfectly as possible and downtimes must be minimized. In addition, the extraction of abrasive solids, such as wood dust, in the woodworking industry demand high safety requirements from the hoses that are used. For this purpose, the NORRES Group has listed hoses in its product range that meet these special industry requirements.
TIMBERDUC® – The hose solutions for the wood industry
Hoses used in extraction systems in the wood processing industry must be particularly suitable for the throughput of abrasive materials. Since wood dust or wood chips are flammable bulk materials, an antistatic hose must be used for the extraction. During the conveyance, an electrostatic charge can occur due to friction on the wall material, which can be discharged with a spark transition and thus the risk of the wood dust igniting. The NORRES Group has developed and optimized technical hoses that withstand these extreme conditions in the wood industry: the TIMBERDUC® Series. TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 AS or TIMBERDUC® PUR 533 AS, are abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant and antistatic. The abrasion resistance and the associated long life service of both hoses confirm their special suitability. In addition to the functionality, the handling of the mechanical part hose is an important factor in everyday use. The TIMBERDUC® PUR 531 AS also is both highly flexible and low weight. Both features also allow an easy handling and quick assembly at the respective extraction system.
NORRES TIMBERDUC® PUR 531 AS, 532 AS and 533 AS are flame-retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 and do have permanently antistatic wall with an electrical and surface resistance <10⁹ Ω. In addition, these hose types are certified according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 / EU.
TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 CNC – Especially for CNC machines
The TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 CNC has been specially developed for use on CNC machines and CNC machining centers. It convinces with the best product characteristics: It is highly abrasion-resistant, highly flexible and compressible 4: 1, flame-retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 and meets the safety requirements of the German Holz-BG. The TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 CNC can be used in a temperature range of -40 °C to 90 °C, short time to 125 °C.
