La NORRES Schlauchtechnik ha una lunga storia di comportamento responsabile nei confronti della società in cui viviamo. Partecipiamo spesso ad attività che vanno a beneficio di organizzazioni caritatevoli. Siamo estremamente interessati a sostenere progetti che aiutano le persone socialmente svantaggiate, specialmente quando coinvolgono i bambini. Diamo anche un contributo attivo alla protezione dell'ambiente.
La NORRES Schlauchtechnik fa regolarmente delle donazioni all'"Arca di Noè", un ente di beneficenza che si descrive come "un ospizio per bambini nella regione e per la regione". Il concetto dell'Arca, che è l'unico del suo genere in tutta la Germania, definisce due funzioni principali: offrire un rifugio per i bambini malati incurabili e agire come un centro di assistenza a breve termine per i giovani con gravi disabilità. Lo scopo è quello di assistere le famiglie interessate fornendo assistenza professionale e sollievo ai bambini e agli adolescenti nel centro dell'Arca di Noè. NORRES fa tradizionalmente una donazione a questa causa meritevole a Natale.
In NORRES, tutte le persone sono uguali. Tutto il nostro personale beneficia delle stesse opportunità. La loro origine etnica, religione, estrazione sociale, età, sesso o disabilità sono considerati irrilevanti. NORRES mantiene stretti legami con un centro per disabili. Il personale disabile svolge il suo lavoro direttamente sul sito NORRES ed è quindi pienamente integrato nella vita dell'azienda.
L'uso sostenibile delle risorse naturali è fermamente radicato nei processi lavorativi quotidiani della NORRES Schlauchtechnik. Il trasferimento nel nostro nuovo stabilimento "Am Stadthafen" ha coinciso con ampi investimenti nella produzione ecologica e nelle tecnologie HVAC. Isolamento efficiente, doppi vetri, climatizzazione centralizzata con refrigeratori d'acqua e produzione con recupero di calore significano una protezione ottimale dell'ambiente. Da quando ha preso possesso del nuovo stabilimento, completamente rinnovato, nel porto di Gelsenkirchen nel 2009, NORRES è riuscita a ridurre drasticamente il consumo di acqua, elettricità e combustibile per il riscaldamento, nonostante la superficie sia quasi quadruplicata.

Hoses used in the application of leaf collection/extraction are subject to considerable stress. The high throughput of abrasive solids, such as leaves, branches and small stones strain the hose wall and require the use of highly abrasion-resistant suction hoses.
Industry Specific Leaf Collection Hoses
During the extraction of leaves, branches and dirt in use on municipal vehicles, hose properties are required that offer the operator benefits: These include primarily long service life, ease of handling, high abrasion resistance, as well as microbial and hydrolysis resistance - with the aim of minimizing the failure risk of the hose. The use of Pre-PUR® hoses have proven superior abrasion resistance compared to that of most rubber and soft PVC hoses. The result: Due to extended service life, costs are saved. NORRES offers a wide range of Pre-PUR® technical hoses with a wide range of products that are tailored to the needs of lawn mowers, slope mowers, leaf blowers or leaf collectors.
The abrasion-resistant AIRDUC® PUR 350 AS is a suitable solution: flexible in medium-heavy duty applications, certified in accordance with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 / EU and thus is suitable for pneumatic conveying of bulk solids and flame-retardant according to UL94-V2 and DIN 4102-B1.
Hose such as the PROTAPE® PUR 327 MEMORY and PROTAPE® PUR 327 PP promise a particularly ease of handling and long service life in use for example on leaf vacuums. Both hoses are crush-resistant, highly abrasion-resistant and highly flexible. The heavy-duty AIRDUC® PUR 355 AS can easily withstand loads on lawn mowers, slope mowers, leaf vacuum cleaners or leaf collectors. The AIRDUC® PUR 355 AS is flame retardant, certified according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 / EU, highly resistant to abrasion and microbes. The sweeper hose AIRDUC® PUR 351 SWEEPER in addition to its optimized-flow profile with its durable wall made of premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®). A product characteristic with which efficient service life can always be achieved. The PROTAPE® PUR 330 AS is considered to be a hose that can be used in an inversible way. Due to its product properties, its use on leaf collectors and leaf vacuum cleaners has proven itself a highly durable solution. Composed in a lightweight and reinforced design.
