La NORRES Schlauchtechnik ha una lunga storia di comportamento responsabile nei confronti della società in cui viviamo. Partecipiamo spesso ad attività che vanno a beneficio di organizzazioni caritatevoli. Siamo estremamente interessati a sostenere progetti che aiutano le persone socialmente svantaggiate, specialmente quando coinvolgono i bambini. Diamo anche un contributo attivo alla protezione dell'ambiente.
La NORRES Schlauchtechnik fa regolarmente delle donazioni all'"Arca di Noè", un ente di beneficenza che si descrive come "un ospizio per bambini nella regione e per la regione". Il concetto dell'Arca, che è l'unico del suo genere in tutta la Germania, definisce due funzioni principali: offrire un rifugio per i bambini malati incurabili e agire come un centro di assistenza a breve termine per i giovani con gravi disabilità. Lo scopo è quello di assistere le famiglie interessate fornendo assistenza professionale e sollievo ai bambini e agli adolescenti nel centro dell'Arca di Noè. NORRES fa tradizionalmente una donazione a questa causa meritevole a Natale.
In NORRES, tutte le persone sono uguali. Tutto il nostro personale beneficia delle stesse opportunità. La loro origine etnica, religione, estrazione sociale, età, sesso o disabilità sono considerati irrilevanti. NORRES mantiene stretti legami con un centro per disabili. Il personale disabile svolge il suo lavoro direttamente sul sito NORRES ed è quindi pienamente integrato nella vita dell'azienda.
L'uso sostenibile delle risorse naturali è fermamente radicato nei processi lavorativi quotidiani della NORRES Schlauchtechnik. Il trasferimento nel nostro nuovo stabilimento "Am Stadthafen" ha coinciso con ampi investimenti nella produzione ecologica e nelle tecnologie HVAC. Isolamento efficiente, doppi vetri, climatizzazione centralizzata con refrigeratori d'acqua e produzione con recupero di calore significano una protezione ottimale dell'ambiente. Da quando ha preso possesso del nuovo stabilimento, completamente rinnovato, nel porto di Gelsenkirchen nel 2009, NORRES è riuscita a ridurre drasticamente il consumo di acqua, elettricità e combustibile per il riscaldamento, nonostante la superficie sia quasi quadruplicata.

Certified hose solutions for the food / pharmaceutical industry
Technical hose systems used in the food and pharmaceutical industries are subject to strict requirements and regulations. In addition, the areas of application for these hoses are very diverse. As a manufacturer of innovative hose solutions, NORRES offers a product portfolio with convincing solutions.
Durable - abrasion-resistant - certified!
Approvals for the use of industrial parts are the order of the day in the food industry. As a manufacturer, NORRES combines the demands of the certifications and the best hose properties in its products.
The latest product innovation for the food/pharmaceutical industry is the NORFLEX® PO 442 FOOD. The polyolefin hose is food safe and convinces with its fabric-reinforced wall, which is smooth inside and outside. In addition, its wall is food safe according to EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EG 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174. Highly flexible, highly abrasion-resistant, can be driven over and walked over and with a very good cold flexibility it can withstand a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C.
PROTAPE® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is the optimum hose for use on screening machines and compensators: The highly flexible hose material in combination with a good strength in relation to tensile and compressive loads is also convincing due to its high abrasion resistance to abrasive media. The hose is resistant to vibration and the manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006. The wall is food-safe according to EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, but also permanently antistatic according to according to ISO 8031 electrical and surface resistance <10⁹ Ω (according to NFPA 652 10⁸-10⁹ Ω) and certified according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC).
The CP PUR 455 FOOD is a super-light, abrasion-resistant and highly flexible (5:1) clamp profile hose with abrasion protection via external clamp profile. It convinces with its secure clamping of the wall within the clamp profile. The hose is also food-safe in accordance with EU regulation 10/2011 as well as EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU regulation 2015/174, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. In addition, the CP PUR 455 FOOD can be used in a temperature range from -40°C to 90°C, short time up to 125°C.
The complete industry portfolio for the food/pharmaceutical industry includes products with the FOOD label - these are, of course, approved for use with foodstuffs, tasteless and odourless.
