Engagement social
L’engagement social et au sein de la société est indissociable de la culture de l’entreprise NORRES Schlauchtechnik. C’est pour cela que nous apportons notre soutien économique à différentes institutions sociales. Les projets auxquels nous tenons le plus sont les projets qui apportent du soutien aux personnes démunies et en particulier aux enfants. En plus de cela, nous nous engageons activement dans la protection de l’environnement.
Avec ses dons, la société NORRES Schlauchtechnik apporte un soutien économique régulier au travail de l’association “Arche Noah” (arche de Noé). L’Arche Noah est un hospice pour enfants dans la région et pour la région. L’établissement est unique dans sa conception en Allemagne et il a deux fonctions: C’est un hospice pour les enfants atteints de maladies incurables et en même temps un établissement accueillant pour des périodes brèves des enfants qui souffrent de handicaps graves. Son objectif est celui d’aider et de faciliter un peu la vie des familles en accueillant, assistant et soignant de manière professionnelle leurs enfants et adolescents dans l’Arche Noah. La donation de noël est désormais une tradition chez NORRES.
Chez NORRES, tous sont égaux. C’est aussi pour cette raison que tous les employés de l’entreprise reçoivent les mêmes possibilités. L’origine ethnique, la religion, l’origine sociale, l’âge, le sexe ou les handicaps ne jouent strictement aucun rôle. NORRES collabore de manière rapprochée avec un établissement de personnes handicapées. Les employés handicapés travaillent directement chez NORRES et sont parfaitement intégrés dans la vie de l’entreprise.
La société NORRRES Schlauchtechnik a parfaitement transposé le caractère viable et respectueux de notre environnement dans les comportements et processus de tous les jours. Avec le déménagement dans l’usine II, nous avons réalisé d’importants investissements ciblés pour obtenir des systèmes de production et bâtiments permettant de réaliser des économies d’énergie. Une isolation thermique optimale, les fenêtres avec des vitres isolantes, le système de climatisation à eau froide à commande centrale et la production avec récupération et recyclage de la chaleur sont une preuve optimal d’un grand respect de l’environnement: Depuis le déménagement en 2009 dans le nouveau bâtiment entièrement réhabilité dans le port de Gelsenkirchen, la société NORRES est parvenue à réduire de manière impressionnante sa consommation d’eau, d’électricité et d’énergie de chauffage – et cela malgré le fait que la surface utile de l’usine avait été quadruplée.

Hose connections for the food and pharmaceutical industries
NORRES expands the application range of CONNECT connectors
In its 125th year of innovations, NORRES Schlauchtechnik presents hose connectors CONNECT 240 + 241, 242 MHF, 243 MHF, 244 MHF, 245 MHF as well as the 246 MHF in a non-colored version, suited for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. NORRES customers in the food and pharmaceutical industry will see the value of this new range of pre-assembled hose systems with food-grade polyurethane hoses from the NORRES AIRDUC® series.
Technical hose systems used in food applications are subject to strict requirements. The products offered by NORRES Schlauchtechnik for the food and pharmaceutical industry comply with various regulations and directives that must be met. Food safety is ensured through a broad variety of products and the CONNECT connectors 240 + 241, 242 MHF, 243 MHF, 244 MHF, 245 MHF as well as 246 MHF supplement the range of food grade hose systems in the non-colored version. The CONNECT connectors have a non-colored wall, which is food grade compliant according to EC directive 2002/72/EC including amendment directive 975/2009/EC and directive 10/2011. The connectors are free of softeners and halogens as well as microbe and hydrolysis resistant. They are suitable for applications with a temperature range of -40 °F to 195 °F. In addition, the CONNECT 240 + 241 as well as the connector CONNECT 246 MHF, have an intermittent temperature range up to 255 °F. The CONNECT products have a smooth interior and feature excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, chemicals, as well as UV and ozone. They are highly abrasion resistant with a high tensile strength and tear resistance. In its pre-assembled version, the CONNECT connectors 240 + 241, 242 MHF, 243 MHF, 244 MHF as well as 245 MHF are vapor and liquid tight. Especially in combination with the food hoses of the AIRDUC® series 351 MHF, 355 MHF and 356 MHF. They are also available as a pre-assembled hose system and with customized connectors. With the CONNECT product expansion, NORRES provides non-colored connectors for a broad range of hose connections. The CONNECT 240 + 241 is a soft sleeve to slide onto connectors or push into pipes. The threaded adapter CONNECT 242 MHF has a thread based on DIN ISO 228. The rust-proof CONNECT 243 MHF is a flanged pipe and compatible with all popular ventilation piping systems, e.g. Jacobs standard. The CONNECT 244 MHF loose flange fits mating flanges according to DIN 2632/2633, hole pattern DIN 2501. TRI clamp adapters compatible with connectors according to DIN 32676 CONNECT 245 MHF are vibration resistant, odorless and tasteless as well as rust-proof. The spiral hose connector CONNECT 246 MHF is used for connecting, lengthening or repairing spiral hoses and features a wall made of special premium ether-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), as well as all other innovations of the CONNECT series.
