Gelsenkirchen (Germany) / Halmstad (Sweden), 17 February 2020 - NORRES Group (”NORRES”) has acquired the Swedish hose distributor Jarl Elmgren AB (“Jarl Elmgren”). Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.

Jarl Elmgren is a specialist distributor of flexible hoses which offers a wide range of hoses and accessories. In particular, exhaust hoses, vacuum hoses, dental tubing, hoses for ventilation as well as for transportation of liquids are marketed.

The acquisition of Jarl Elmgren is the second acquisition in the history of NORRES after the recent acquisition of De Bernardi. This acquisition is also in line with NORRES' internationalization strategy and represents a significant strengthening of the company's market position in Scandinavia.
