We, NORRES North America Inc., based in South Bend, Indiana, would like to fill this position at the earliest possible date.

A challenging task

• Management and responsibility for the production department
• Directing production personnel
• Preparing schedules based on orders and needs
• Responsibility for the KPIs of the department
• Submitting reports to management
• Overseeing department to ensure NORRES standards are achieved
• Ensure production planning to reduce scrap and increase productivity
• Continuous quality control during production

A successful background

• Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and social competence

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems helpful

• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in the extrusion or plastics industry
