NORRES Group expands the AIRDUC^® TWIN COLOR series

The NORRES Group has now expanded its TWIN COLOR product series with the AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR. This is the second hose in the AIRDUC^® series that can be coloured in two colours in any desired combination.

AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR

Following on from the AIRDUC^® PUR 355 AS TWIN COLOR, the NORRES Group’s product range has now been expanded with the AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR. The idea behind the TWIN COLOR hoses is as simple as it is convincing: quality products are coloured according to each customer’s requirements. Any combination of colours is possible. The option of colouring the hose in two specific colours adds significant value: each hose can be customised and adapted to the client’s corporate colours on request, ensuring that the corporate design is consistently applied. As a result of this, a higher quality and more professional appearance is achieved for the hose as a machine component and hence for the entire product during use. What’s more, the combination of colours for the AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR can be varied according to the intended use or field of application. Any colour combination is possible.

Product properties at a glance

The AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR is a flexible hose for medium-heavy duty – as ducting for abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate or gases. As an all-rounder, it impresses with optimal product properties that are universally suited, for example on extraction units, in the chemical industry, on municipal vehicles, as a heating hose or for surface preparation. The AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR is highly abrasion and microbe resistant as well as flame retardant according to UL94-V2 and DIN 4102-B1. Its wall is made from permanently antistatic premium ester-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) and certified with an electrical and surface resistance of < 10⁹ Ω in accordance with ISO 8031 and of <2,5*10⁸Ω in accordance with TRGS 727. The hose additionally has TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC) certification for the pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials (Zones 20, 21 and 22 indoor), for the aspiration of combustible dust (Zone 22 indoor), for conveying flammable liquids (Zones 0, 1 and 2 indoor), for conveying non-flammable liquids for use in Zones 1 and 2 (gases) and for use in Zone 0 (gases). The AIRDUC^® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR moreover provides very good low temperature flexibility as well as good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals.
