NORRES Schlauchtechnik presents the innovations 41 to 47 in the anniversary year.

NORRES Schlauchtechnik presents a further seven innovations in the products and services segments in its year of 125 innovations. Thanks to the combination of the three properties antistatic, microbe resistant and flame-retardant, the TIMBERDUC^® PUR 531 SE AS and 532 SE AS hoses offer added value and an increase in efficiency. The highly flexible and compressible CP HiTex 467 WELDING and the NORFLEX® PUR 401 WELDING complement the portfolio and are perfectly suited for applications with the risk of flying sparks and welding sparks. Service improvements for NORPLAST® PUR 385 AS, NORFLEX^® PUR 441 ROBOTIC as well as PROTAPE^® HT-PVC 371 hoses complete the offer.

Hoses for the wood industry

The TIMBERDUC^® PUR 531 SE AS and 532 SE AS are perfectly suited for the suction of wood dust and wood chips on wood processing machines. Thanks to three excellent properties (flame-retardant, permanently antistatic and microbe resistant), they provide substantial added value. The TIMBERDUC^® PUR 531 SE AS is super-light, highly flexible + compressible 3:1; the TIMBERDUC^® PUR 532 SE AS is light, highly flexible and also compressible 3:1. By adding a permanently antistatic version to its existing range, NORRES offers its wood industry customers a significantly extended area of use for these proven hoses.

For application in areas with the risk of flying sparks and welding sparks

The NORFLEX® PUR 401 WELDING as well as CP HiTex 467 WELDING are perfectly suited for applications exposed to flying sparks and welding sparks. The highly abrasion-proof pressure hose NORFLEX^® PUR 401 WELDING is smooth on the inside as well as on the outside. It can be used as pressure hose as well as for welding apparatuses and industrial robots. The highly flexible NORFLEX® PUR 401 WELDING is flame-retardant and features excellent resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals.

For application in the field of welding gas extraction and for suction arms, the highly flexible and compressible CP HiTex 467 WELDING now complements the product portfolio of technical hoses by NORRES. The very robust and super-light suction and blast hose is extremely heat resistant (up to 260°C). It is kink-proof, flame-retardant and stands out with its abrasion protection, small bending radius and good resistance to UV and ozone. NORRES offers the CP HiTex 467 WELDING with Ø up to 1,000 mm and thus extents the areas of application of the fabric reinforced hose in Clamp profile.

Meeting customers' requirements

The light NORPLAST^® PUR 385 AS is perfect for use in de-dusting and suction plants, industrial vacuum cleaners as well as for suction of paper and textile fibres. Following numerous customer requests, the abrasion-proof and antistatic suction and transport hose is now available in new dimensions with internal diameters of 180 and 200 mm.

The highly flexible NORFLEX^® PUR 441 ROBOTIC pressure hose for industrial robots is fabric reinforced, crush-proof and features a smooth interior and exterior. The NORFLEX® PUR 441 ROBOTIC is highly abrasion-proof, self-locking and available in blue, red, green or black from stock, so that it is readily available for NORRES costumers.

In response to requests by many of our customers, the PROTAPE^® HT-PVC 371 is now offered in 7.6 m dimensions in stock and 7.5 m standard dimensions. The suction and blast hose is perfectly suited for hot and abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres, chips and granulates. Super-light, highly flexible + compressible 6:1, the PROTAPE^® HT-PVC 371 with PVC coated glass fabric is heat resistant for up to 120°C.
